TCS Open Campus Drive
On 12th March 2025, Kingston Educational Institute proudly organized an Open Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This significant drive was specially conducted for students graduating in 2025, offering them a valuable opportunity to step into the corporate world with one of India's most prestigious companies.
What made this drive unique was that TCS opened recruitment for non-technical roles, targeting students from management and related disciplines. Students from streams such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Business Analytics actively participated and showcased their skills through various selection rounds.
The drive included an orientation session, aptitude test, HR round, and personal interviews — all designed to assess not just academic excellence but also communication, problem-solving, and business understanding. TCS appreciated the enthusiasm and preparedness of the candidates, many of whom were shortlisted for final selection.
Kingston Educational Institute's dedicated Training and Placement Cell played a key role in coordinating this event, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful interaction between recruiters and candidates.
