Most packed food brands (Nestle, etc) employ Food science graduates in various departments (Research, production, quality etc).
Hospitals :
For this, one needs to get an internship with a registered dietitian (RD) after graduation and then give an exam to be certified as an RD. Every good hospital employs a few clinical nutritionists and dieticians for routine patient checks.
Independent consultation and practice :
After getting a few years of experience, one can become a consultant for health centres (Diabetic centre, fitness, weight loss etc) depending on their area of expertise.

An individual may also decide to get into industrial or academic research.
